Here's this weeks menu plan, pasta was on sale this weekend for $0.49 a box, so we are eating a lot of pasta this week, plus I was able to buy a few extra boxes for the cupboard.
Monday-
- Breakfast- Scrambled eggs, toast, 1/2 banana
- Lunch- Kids eat at school, Us- leftovers, crackers, apple
- Dinner-Chili
Tuesday-
- Breakfast- PB&J toast, orange slices
- Lunch- Kids eat at school, Us-egg salad sandwiches, crackers, carrot and celery sticks
- Dinner- Chili mac made with leftover chili, corn
Wednesday-
- Breakfast- Boiled egg, toast, orange slices
- Lunch- Kids eat at school, Us- leftovers
- Dinner- Homemade microwave burritos, apples
Thursday-
- Breakfast- Peanut butter oatmeal, 1/2 banana
- Lunch- Kids eat at school, Us- Homemade burritos, carrot and green pepper sticks
- Dinner- Spaghetti and green beans, garlic bread
Friday-
- Breakfast- Scrambled egg, toast, 1/2 banana
- Lunch- Kids at school, Us- Leftovers
- Dinner- Black bean burgers, fries, salad
Saturday-
- Brunch- blueberry muffins, boiled eggs, sausage
- Dinner- BBQ Chicken legs, coleslaw, microwave baked potato, biscuits
Sunday-
- Brunch- pancakes, sausage, fruit salad
- Dinner- Leftover BBQ chicken, fettuccine alfredo, asparagus
