We were able to get the Farmers to Families food box this time! 2 weeks ago I got there too late and they had all been given away, but not this time. Since I had already shopped for this week, I will fill in around the edges with food from the box and use the rest in my menu plan for next week. Such a blessing this program is!
If you are not sure if you have a Farmers to Families pick up location, try calling your local Jobs and Family services, community action or WIC program office.
