A day late again, sorry! I don't have much to say today except I am glad that Kroger has put cheese on sale for $2.50, it is cheaper than meat this week and we are allowed to buy 5 packages, so will be stocking up on that today. They also have half gallons of milk on sale, so we will be taking advantage of that too. Grocery shopping is really not fun right now. I hope you all have a good week!
Monday-
- Breakfast- Eggs, toast, banana
- Lunch- Sandwiches, pretzels, carrot and celery sticks
- Dinner- Bean Stew adding a bay leaf too, grilled cheese sandwiches
Tuesday-
- Breakfast- Peanut butter oatmeal, banana
- Lunch- Kids eat at school, us- Leftover stew, crackers
- Dinner- Pork and Ramen Stir Fry make sure to read past the recipe to the kitchen tips for substitution ideas
Wednesday-
- Breakfast- Eggs, toast, banana
- Lunch- Kids eat at school, us- Sandwiches, pretzels, carrots and celery sticks
- Dinner- Potato soup, bologna sandwiches
Thursday-
- Breakfast- eggs, toast, banana
- Lunch- Kids eat at school, us- Leftovers, boiled egg
- Dinner- Pasta with Tomatoes and White Beans, roasted broccoli
Friday-
- Breakfast- Cinnamon toast, banana
- Lunch- Kids eat at school, us- leftovers, celery and carrot sticks
- Dinner- Sloppy Joes made with half lentils, microwave baked potatoes, peas
Saturday-
- Brunch- Pancakes, scrambled eggs, fruit salad
- Dinner- Four Layer Burrito, corn
Sunday-
- Brunch- Biscuits and gravy, cooked apples
- Dinner- Fake jambalaya, green beans
