There are lots of lists of low carb snack ideas, but they are not
really low budget friendly. Protein helps the stomach stay feeling full
longer. We lean pretty heavily on saltine crackers and peanut butter or
white bean dip as a way to match savory and crunchy for a snack.
Here is this week's menu plan, hope your week goes well!
Monday-
- Breakfast- Leftover pancakes, banana
- Lunch- Pizza Quesadillas, carrots and celery sticks
- Dinner- Potato soup and fried bologna sandwiches
Tuesday-
- Breakfast- Egg, toast, banana
- Lunch- Pizza Quesadillas, carrots and celery sticks
- Dinner- Spaghetti, green beans, garlic toast
Wednesday-
- Breakfast- Oatmeal, banana
- Lunch- PB&J sandwiches, crackers, apples
- Dinner- Slow Cooker Cheesy Chicken, veggies and rice, bread and butter
Thursday-
- Breakfast- Eggs, toast, banana
- Lunch- Homemade lunchables, cucumber slices
- Dinner- Frozen Vegetable Stir Fry and rice, garlic bread
Friday-
- Breakfast- Oatmeal, banana
- Lunch- PB&J Sandwiches, crackers, carrots and celery
- Dinner- Hotdogs, boxed mac and cheese, baked beans, peas
. Saturday-
- Breakfast- Fried egg and cheese sandwiches, applesauce
- Lunch- Fish sticks, roasted potatoes, canned peaches
- Dinner- Easy Mexican Rice Bowl, garlic toast
Sunday-
- Breakfast- Oatmeal Pancakes , homemade pancake syrup, scrambled eggs
- Lunch- Turkey and cheese roll ups, chips, cucumber slices
- Dinner- Chicken, bacon, ranch sandwiches (using the cheap chicken patties), Chips, Vegetables and dip
