This weeks big batch cooking is pancakes. I stood there and made pancakes and made pancakes and made pancakes, but there are enough for everyone to heat up all week. That will make for a few quick breakfasts this week!
Going through the sale ads this week before going to the store has me thinking more and more about meals with out meat. For the second week in a row, there was very little meat on sale, so I just had to do the best I could with what was available, but am either going to have to figure out how to squeeze more out of other parts of our budget, or figure out more meatless meals.
What are your favorite meatless meals?
