This week I lucked out with a few good sales. We got grapes for $.99/ lb, boneless pork loin for $1.69/lb and Red Barron pizzas for $3. I’m going to slow cook the roast to make bbq pulled pork and use it all week in different ways like I did a few weeks ago. 

Monday-

  • Breakfast- Leftover pancakes, banana
  • Lunch- Pasta salad, boiled egg, grapes
  • Dinner- Bbq pulled pork sandwiches, roasted potatoes, green beans

Tuesday-

  • Breakfast- Oatmeal, orange
  • Lunch- Leftover pork sandwiches, crackers, grapes
  • Dinner- Frittata, biscuits, cooked apples

Wednesday-

  • Breakfast- Egg, toast, banana
  • Lunch-  PB&J sandwiches, crackers, apples
  •  Dinner- Baked potatoes topped with bbq pork, broccoli, garlic toast

Thursday-

  • Breakfast- Eggs, toast, banana
  • Lunch-  Leftover burgers, crackers, grapes
  • Dinner- Potato soup and fried bologna sandwiches

Friday-

  • Breakfast- Oatmeal, banana
  • Lunch- PB&J Sandwiches, crackers, carrots and celery
  • Dinner- Frozen pizza, salad, garlic toast

Saturday-

  • Brunch- Fried egg and bologna sandwiches, fried potatoes and onions
  • Dinner- Homemade Mac and cheese, polish sausage, peas, garlic toast

Sunday-
