Late again, ugh

 I know, I am late again. I am sorry. I am trying my best, I promise! As we get closer and closer to the most expensive day of the year, I am scaling back in every place I can. This week, that means 5 meatless meals, the only meat on the weekends when there are two meals. There are so many meatless meals on the internet. I chose some easy, well loved meals this week as it will be a stressful one, as evidenced by my late post.

 I hope you are able to find some joy, no matter how small, this week. Sometimes we have to look really hard for those things, but don't stop looking. You've got this!

Monday-

Tuesday-

Wednesday- 

  • Breakfast-  Oatmeal, cinnamon toast, banana
  • Lunch-  Homemade microwave burritos, crackers, apple
  • Dinner- Spaghetti, green beans, garlic toast

Thursday-

  • Breakfast- egg, toast, banana
  • Lunch-  Tuna sandwiches, crackers, carrots and celery
  • Dinner-  Country Potato Soup, fried bologna sandwiches

Friday-

Saturday-

Sunday-
