Here is this week's menu plan!
Monday-
- Brunch- French toast with strawberry syrup, scrambled eggs, sausage links
- Dinner- Bean soup made with carrots, celery, spinach, onion, ham hock and chicken broth, corn bread, brownies
Tuesday-
- Breakfast- Eggs, toast, banana
- Lunch- Homemade microwave burritos, pretzels, apple slices
- Dinner- Hot dogs, roasted potatoes, cole slaw
Wednesday-
- Breakfast- Oatmeal, cinnamon toast, banana
- Lunch- Leftovers, carrots and celery sticks
- Dinner- Broccoli Fettucine Alfredo, garlic toast
Thursday-
- Breakfast- egg, toast, banana
- Lunch- Ramen, crackers, apple slices
- Dinner- Tomato Lentil Soup, biscuits
Friday-
- Breakfast- Oatmeal, toast, apple slices
- Lunch- microwave baked potatoes, boiled egg, canned pineapple
- Dinner- Chili, peanut butter sandwiches
Saturday-
- Brunch- Oatmeal Pancakes , homemade pancake syrup, scrambled eggs
- Dinner- Cilantro Lime Chicken & Rice (using regular rice, no jalapenos or corn, and chicken I cooked myself instead of frozen) this is one of those recipes that gives you a framework and you make it your own
Sunday-
- Brunch- Oatmeal Pancakes , homemade pancake syrup, scrambled eggs
- Dinner- Chili mac, cole slaw, garlic toast
